      <description><![CDATA[<h2 data-start="190" data-end="213"><strong data-start="193" data-end="213">Position Summary</strong></h2> <p data-start="215" data-end="1044">The <strong data-start="219" data-end="238">Kitchen Manager</strong> supports the General Manager in overseeing all back-of-house food operations and ensuring a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for supervising kitchen staff, enforcing food safety and quality standards, and assisting with scheduling, training, and operational excellence initiatives. The Kitchen Manager helps drive revenue by delivering exceptional food quality, supporting events and parties, and consistently executing company goals while fostering a positive, growth-oriented team culture. Staffing &amp; Scheduling</strong></h3><ul data-start="1726" data-end="1873"> <li data-start="1726" data-end="1805"> <p data-start="1728" data-end="1805">Support the GM in hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling kitchen staff.</p> </li> <li data-start="1806" data-end="1873"> <p data-start="1808" data-end="1873">Assist with managing timekeeping, attendance, and shift coverage.</p> </li> </ul><h3 data-start="1875" data-end="1910"><strong data-start="1879" data-end="1910">5. Inventory &amp; Cost Control</strong></h3><ul data-start="1911" data-end="2080"> <li data-start="1911" data-end="1991"> <p data-start="1913" data-end="1991">Monitor inventory levels, oversee ordering and restocking, and minimize waste.</p> </li> <li data-start="1992" data-end="2080"> <p data-start="1994" data-end="2080">Maintain accurate cash-handling and POS procedures related to food service operations.</p> </li> </ul><h3 data-start="2082" data-end="2124"><strong data-start="2086" data-end="2124">6.
